Loading/Unloading Foreman at Eastern Terminal, Port of Durres

EMS APO Company is looking to hire a Foremanr to supervise cargo loading/unloading operations to/from ships at the East Terminal, Port of Durres.

Key Responsibilities:

Organization and supervision of loading/unloading workers in the field.
Implementation of operational plans for cargo processing in/from ships.
Monitoring the use of port equipment and ensuring their safe operation.
Ensuring compliance of operations with safety rules and standarts.
Reporting any problem that appears during the shift.

Qualifications and requirements:

Previous experience in port operations or a similar role (min. 2 years).
Knowledge of loading/unloading processes and cargo management.
Leadership and coordination skills for field team management.
Flexibility to work shifts and in dynamic work environments.
You must be a resident of Durrës

Mechanic

EMS APO Company is looking to hire a Mechanic who will be supervised by the Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with the technical team to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment and the smooth operation of port activities.
Solving mechanical processes such as cranes, reachstackers, forks, trucks, etc.
Quick response to unexpected repairs

Qualifications and requirements:

Experience in the repair and maintenance of port equipment such as cranes, reachstackers, etc
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure.
Experience in the port or railway sector is a great advantage.
Must be a resident in Durrës

Schedule 08:00-16:30, Sunday off

Job Opportunity:

Port Terminal Stevedore

Tasks

Implements safe work practices during loading and unloading of goods at the port terminal.
Performs services and tasks according to the instructions received from the Brigadier.
Ensures compliance with safe practice rules and workplace health regulations.
Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management and are related to the position.

Qualifications and requirements

Stevedoring experience is prefered but not essential.
Able and willing to work in team at any time.
